Currently, Tesla may not sell, or service vehicles in Nebraska. LB633 would allow Tesla to sell and build service centers in the state.
On February 23 at 9:30am the Transportation and Telecommunications Committee will hold a public hearing on LB633.
Here are ways you can show support:
Letters of support may be submitted electronically to the committee at tntpl@leg.ne.gov. Letters must be received by noon on February 19 to be included in the record and will be distributed to the committee members. This would be the easiest and most impactful.
Submission of online comments:
Online comments will can be submitted on the bill’s page at any time during the legislative session. These comments are accessible by all Senators. https://nebraskalegislature.gov/bills/view_bill.php?DocumentID=44459
